The 2-2/3 and 1-3/5 set up for a test fit of the rack board.
We are currently working on two phases of the project: adding the last two ranks, the 2-2/3 and 1-3/5 and making the pipe shades.  The 7th grade class is in the process of measuring the spaces for the pipe shades and will be working with our art teacher and technology dept. to coordinate the design and construction of the shades leading up to the gilding process.

Also, I am in the process of adding the last two ranks.  The immediate problem is expanding the last available slider and toe board to include a short compass 1-3/5 to play along with the 2-2/3 rank .  The solution is to add an additional slide on top of the toe board.  The toe board is cross channeled similar to a mixture board but with an additional slider and toe board on top.  To avoid having to do the traditional "V" grooving, our technology teacher has made slider seals from 1/8'' plastic.

Revoicing Pipes 02/26/2011

Since the capped flute rank that we are using was originally voiced on approx. 5" wind, we must revoice it for the 3" wind pressure that we are using.

Also, we are finishing some misc. tasks such as connecting the tracker parts for the 6 rollers.
